Charlie is a great horse that we have owned for several years. He is broke, though we haven't ridden him a ton over the last year. He was ridden a couple of weeks ago and it is a very hard decision for us to sell him, but we just don't use him as much as he needs and wants to be used....so hopefully we can find him a home with someone that can use all of his great qualities. He would do best with a "moderately advanced" rider as he is very fast . He is SUPER brave and never spooks out on the trail...he will go anywhere. We used him to play polo for a few years and he was great at that. He is a registered paint that is 20 years old, but you wouldn't know it because he is still very fast and is a VERY easy keeper. He is a little fat right now from eating the summer grass. He would do best in a home where he could get used at least two times per week, but he does do OK if he isn't ridden for several months...he is just a little hotter if he hasn't been ridden recently. He would be a GREAT barrel horse or speed horse. He has also done some work with cows and cattle and he would do great with that too. He is very brave so he might make a nice jumping horse, but we haven't ever done that with him so I'm not sure about that one. He trailers easily, and would be the perfect horse to take on the Kettle Moraine horse trails or any other horse trails.
